Court rules blogger can remain anonymous
This case had a lot of people worried. With the way laws are being interpreted these days, I have to admit I was worried as well. Thankfully the Delaware Supreme Court had the wisdom to overturn the lower court’s ruling.

10 years later, it’s interesting to see what feelings the O.J. case brings to the surface. As this very well done piece points out, it’s not as simple as black and white.
