Court rules blogger can remain anonymous
This case had a lot of people worried. With the way laws are being interpreted these days, I have to admit I was worried as well. Thankfully the Delaware Supreme Court had the wisdom to overturn the lower court’s ruling.

While ATI’s new dual-card solution will offer better performance in some games, the lack of supply and the performance bottlenecks in the product make this a poor choice for gamers looking for the ultimate in gaming performance.

My advice, get a GeForce 7800GTX, or wait for ATI’s next generation card.

It seems like advertising agencies never stop looking for ways to force their products on us. I had begun to notice some sites exploiting what I thought was a bug in Firefox’s JavaScript engine to generate pop-ups. Turns out they’re using flash to spawn the new window. Thankfully there’s a way to stop it, but you may run into problems with some sites. Works great for me so far… give it a try and see what you think.
