Well, all of the blog content is ported.. finally. Now I can get back to the fun stuff. Speaking of which, NVidia has released a new GPU family called the NV70, or 7-series. Guru3D has a review of the biggest and baddest card in the line-up, the 7800GTX.
The performance of the card is considerable. However, if you’ve already got a 66/6800 series card, you might want to wait a bit. If your card has been dragging for a while, you might want to consider one of the models in the 7-series. Man, seems like I just got my 6-series card. 🙂 Oh well, that’s how it goes in this biz.

New Site
Well, here it is. My new blog. There isn’t a whole lot here yet, but there will be soon. I’m slowly porting all the content from my old site over here.
I’ve been manually editing HTML for as long as I can remember. Because of the time it took to make the pages, I didn’t write as much. I’m trying out a new setup that will hopefully change all that. My new setup is the open-source WordPress package on top of a WIMP (Windows, IIS, MySQL, PHP) platform. It’s great because all you need to add an entry is a web browser. Well, back to porting the old pages….
New House
Not much activity here lately, but when you’ve got to sell your house and buy a new one, there isn’t much time to play on the computer 🙂
The new house is great! I’ll have to post some pics sometime soon. (ie: when I find the battery charger so I can use the digicam..) Moving is an interesting experience. Seems the longer you’re in a place, the more stuff you have, and you actually feel like you need it! Well, the computers anyway.. hehe (..WHAT HONEY??) ..oh.. um gotta go.
