Granick, if you haven&#8217;t heard of her, is a lawyer who has represented several high-profile clients in a range of information security &#038; privacy cases.  She is also the executive director of the <a href=\"http:\/\/cyberlaw.stanford.edu\/\">Stanford Law School Center for Internet and Society<\/a>, and teaches the <a href=\"http:\/\/cyberlaw.stanford.edu\/about\/clinic\/\">Cyberlaw Clinic<\/a>.  In addition to the above linked article, Granick has written several responses to critics in her blog in addition to an excellent <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wired.com\/news\/technology\/0,69955-0.html?tw=wn_tophead_3\">follow-up article in Wired<\/a>.  I tend to agree with her assessment that Bush clearly broke the law.
