I&#8217;m thinking if IBM could come up with a tri-core PPC variant able to be clocked over 3ghz in 2 years, surely they could apply that experience to the G5.  Obviously some of that experience has already been applied to producing <a href=\"http:\/\/store.apple.com\/1-800-MY-APPLE\/WebObjects\/AppleStore.woa\/71206\/wo\/w9BKwUvmcor22dTS5LC2YjLAWV1\/0.SLID?nclm=PowerMac&#038;mco=3C9AFF2C\" target=\"_window\">multiple-core G5s<\/a>.
